Clarity Session

The Clarity Session will give you space to think out loud—with someone who gets it—and get candid, experienced advice to help you see your next step more clearly.

Maybe you’re planning your next move - voluntarily or not - and wondering if you should hang out a shingle. Let’s answer the burning questions:

  • Should I leave my secure job to start my own consultancy? How will I get clients?
  • Will consulting give me more freedom, balance, money, or stability—or just more stress?
  • Will this path give me the creativity, meaning, or recognition I’m missing?
  • Do I want to be a consultant, or do I just not want a “real job”?
  • Do I actually want to run a business, or do I just want to be a consultant?

You might be working for a professional services firm, unsure what it takes to make it to the next level, or whether you even want to be on the leadership track. I will share my insights on:

  • The skills and personality needed to be successful
  • Professional Services business model
  • Harsh truths and uncomfortable conversations about what it takes to get there and stay there
  • Some, but not all of the things you hate about your current firm are just part of the job. Others are within your control to change.

I’ve been there. I’ve asked all of these questions and tried every path: working for a large firm, going in-house, joining a startup, freelancing, and starting my own boutique firm. Clarity Sessions are confidential virtual meetings up to 90 minutes. You have the option to record the session.

If you decide that you do want to start consulting or pursue a professional services career, the fees from the clarity session will be credited toward the 12-Week Business Development Coaching Program.

Fees

Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your session.
  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. You can reschedule once.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session will be refunded, minus any processing fees.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
